I purchased a new roof from Evergreen Renovations. I needed to replace my existing roof before selling my home and had a tight timeline to get it done. Evergreen was incredibly helpful in getting my job scheduled in time for the sale. They were also very professional, arrived on time and cleaned very well behind them. I was very impressed with the level of communication and the quality of craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!

In the middle of November, our roof started leaking. Evergreen Renovations was one of the few places that gave us a quote, very quickly. They weren’t the cheapest quote, but they were the most prompt and professional. I appreciated that they called ahead of time and worked with us for the times that we would be available. The first week of December, the weather was perfect and the work was finished within the week. I’ve needed far too much work done on my home this year, and the response rate from other contractors has been nearly nothing at all. When Evergreen saw that I need additional work in my home, they offered to give a quick quote. A couple of days later, there was someone at my home. From what I’ve witnessed so far, Evergreen Renovations does quality work with quality material. I will be returning to them for additional work in the future!

Evergreen Renovations has been fantastic to work with. We had an old rough attic space which was freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. Working with Kayed and Emily they helped guide us through all of the design and construction decisions while keeping our budget and timeline in mind. There was clear communication throughout the entire project and any concerns were addressed quickly. Everyone was very considerate while working in our house. We love the final product and are already planning our next project with Evergreen. We’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Evergreen Renovations did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our roof. We had a portion of the roof that had been leaking for some time. Kayed came out and gave us a quote detailing what needed to be done and the materials for the job. He explained everything that Evergreen Renovations would do and about how long it would take. It was a total tear off and replacement with most of it at a very steep pitch. The evergreen crew, run by Carlos, were great! They worked very hard and were very professional. When the job was done they cleaned up so well you never would have known they were there except for the beautiful new roof. It looks great! Oh, it took them only three days and at the price Kayed quoted. Can you get better than that? No you can’t. They are the best!

My wife Karen and I called local roofing companies to get bids to replace our cedar shake roof. Brian and Kayed got back to us very fast. After talking with them about what was needed to put on the new roof and the time it would take. We chose to go with their bid. We are so glad that we chose Evergreen to put on our new roof. They delivered on every promise that they made. Brian and Kayed brought out a fantastic crew of hard working men to take off the old roof and replace it with a top of the line 50 year roof. The crew was very friendly and worked very hard to put our roof on in 4 working days. The crew cleaned up the work site every night and stopped back by at the of the job to make sure that Karen and I were happy with the work. We would highly recommend Brian, Kayed and the team at Evergreen Renovations to do any remodel work for personal friends and family members. That is how pleased we were about the work they did for us.
