Kayed, Rachel, Heather, Ian, Victor and the whole team were wonderful to work with. This was our first big renovation and I was nervous about the project going over on time and budget, but I shouldn’t have been – that clearly isn’t how Evergreen operates. Kayed placed great importance on our happiness with the process and the outcome. And our kitchen turned out spectacular! I wanted to have a LOT of input on the design and it ended up feeling like a real collaboration. Rachel and Heather put up with all my wacky choices and Ian and Victor were so nice and easy to have in/around the house for months! When you do a big renovation, you really get to spend a lot of time with the team, so it’s pretty important to pick a great one like this:)

Kayed, Rachel, Ian, Victor, and the whole team were amazing for our full basement finish and design. Our basement was unfinished and unusable and they put in an amazing mudroom, laundry room, main play/hang area for kids and guests, and did an AMAZING bathroom for us. I was most impressed with their ability to communicate. They stayed on schedule and on budget. They always updated us on what was going on and even went above and beyond to keep our laundry usable during construction. I highly recommend them for house renovations and we will be in touch with them for future projects.

Kayed and his team did an amazing job making our dream home come true. We purchased a 50 year old, one owner custom home that was ready for a beautiful overhaul. This was our first big remodel and our forever home, so this was very important to us. Kayed understood what we were after and his design was creative, custom and functional.

Rachel was our designer and she has great vision and taste and was very patient with us while keeping us on track with design choices. Katie was great, too! Ian and Victor did the construction and they opened up two big walls to create this open space with beautifully finished white oak floors.

We were well informed of budget and timeline and we always knew what phase they were on and what contractors to expect at our home. All of their sub contractors were kind, respectful and excellent at their craft. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to Kayed and his crew for making our dream come true. We highly recommend them.

Kayed and his whole team were wonderful to work with. We added a master suite, another bedroom, moved windows and an interior hallway, approx. 500 sq. ft. As well as a new roof on the entire house. From the excavation to the final inspection the job went smoothly. We have been dreaming about this addition to our home since 2018 and to see it actually completed in 6 months is an amazing relief. We were not Evergreen’s typical job, as we are doing all interior finishes ourselves. There were times they had to wait on us for the next step. They were flexible and communicative and we would recommend them highly to anyone.
