Basement Remodeling

Transform Your Basement into Usable Living Space

Many Portland-area homes have lower levels with untapped potential.

Basements are often used for storage, laundry, or little more than an occasional visit. A thoughtful remodel can transform that underutilized area into comfortable, functional living space that supports the way your family lives today and adapts to changing needs in the future.

Homeowners throughout the Portland metro area remodel basements for a variety of reasons. Some create media rooms, guest suites, home offices, fitness spaces, or playrooms. Others add storage, improve livability, or convert lower levels into permitted ADUs that provide flexibility and rental income potential.

Evergreen Renovations & Roofing helps homeowners reimagine their lower levels through thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship. From improving natural light and circulation to creating fully finished living spaces, our team develops solutions tailored to each home and family.

Heather Camp

Heather Camp

Assistant Designer

Heather’s journey with Evergreen began as a client, when she and her husband decided to renovate their Woodstock bungalow. It was during that project that her passion for design, and her playful eye for color came to life. Drawing from her experience studying fashion in Italy, and her years working in elementary education, Heather brings creativity, empathy, and intention to every project. She prioritizes truly listening to clients, taking the time to understand how they live and what they envision; ensuring each design reflects their lifestyle and wishes. As one of Evergreen’s teammates put it, “Heather is the bringer of joy and silliness,” infusing both the office and each project with warmth and heart.
