Kayed’s passion for construction started early watching This Old House and visiting his uncle’s construction sites at the age of nine. With a career in building and design, he joined Evergreen as a partner in 2016, bringing with him his passion for going over and above for his customers. The phones don’t just shut off at five. Kayed is always there to help with any questions. He will work with you to design your dream home and be part of your project from initial query through to the final, finishing touch. His passions have since expanded to yoga, travel and spending time with family.

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and an Interior Design degree from Bellevue College, an NCIDQ-accredited institution. She is also certified by the RIDQC and DSA. Rachel’s approach is collaborative, working closely with clients to bring their unique styles to life while guiding them to make informed design decisions.
Katie is passionate about bringing design visions to life. Building on a background in social work and public health, Katie brings a unique perspective to interior design rooted in empathy and problem solving. When not in the office or attending class, Katie is keeping up with her toddler, working on house projects, or exploring Portland restaurants.
