I have only fantastic things to say about Evergreen Renovations. They replaced our windows and did and outstanding job and just put a new roof on with skylights and did a fantastic job once again. They uncovered some interesting surprises when they tore off the old roof and were able to explain everything well and fix someone else’s shoddy work that was hidden under a layer of roofing. They are always punctual, organized and Brian is a great communicator. We have done several remodel jobs over the years and Evergreen Renovations is the only company that I truly trust to do what they say they are going to do when they said they are going to do it and do it well. Before we found them we had a few windows replaced by someone else with a kitchen remodel and later hired Evergreen to do the windows for the rest of the house. A couple of years after the windows were installed we had our house painted (by someone else) and when they pressure washed the three windows we had replaced by a different company before we found Evergreen leaked like crazy and water poured in all over from the pressure washing. Not a drop came on on the windows that Evergreen did. It has been several years now and the windows still look great and function beautifully.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about my experience with Edwin (Sales) and the entire, fabulous work crew (Chalo, Alvaro and Erek)! What a TEAM! And Brian, Kristin and Tami too. I was determined to get 10 bids, but at lucky number 5, Edwin came fully prepared, on time, and with a full detailed packet of all materials and samples, answered my extensive list of questions, and had an aerial view of my roof for exact need of measurements- which was spot on! Sold. We went through every detail to perfection. And there was no pressure. Just the facts. And at the right price in comparison to the others. Saved me an additional $10K compared to the other “recommended” via Angie’s List. Something to certainly appreciate!! Do your homework. Couldn’t be more pleased about my experience with this crew / and the safety and security I have now with a new roof, which looks fabulous, and a solid piece of mind. I also really appreciated the daily care taken to clean up debris over the short 3-day duration of the project to clean up and remove any nails or materials that would be potentially harmful to my pets!! Huge! And Thoughtful. Excellent experience!

I absolutely recommend Evergreen Renovations and Roofing to anyone who is looking to get their roof replaced. I had been taking bids for having our roof and gutters replaced and contacted Evergreen. My first point of contact was Jason Costner who came out to the house, sized up our job, offered what options we had available and worked up their quote to replace the roof and gutters. The bid was very competitive with the other companies I approached and due to my interactions with Jason and the reviews I found online decided to go with Evergreen. I was not disappointed. Jason worked with me as my point of contact as we worked through the project. I had misgivings because we scheduled the project in January and as luck would have it on the cusp of the worst weather we had had so far during our 2023-2024 winter. Jason reassured me as to their crews abilities and they absolutely delivered! They completed the job in less than 2 days with another crew coming out a few days after the weather had passed and replaced our gutters in a matter of hours. I worked with Tami over email with the invoicing and billing. Tami was friendly, courteous and professional. Our roof and gutters look great and the job was completed expediently, professionally and at a fair price.

The whole crew, from the owners to the roofing crew are some of the best residential contractors that I have worked with. Not only was my roof done on time and on budget, but Carlos and his crew came up with an innovative solution to a flashing problem that will end a cycle of dry-rot replacement. I have referred several other customers to them and all have had a positive experience. I highly recommend Evergreen Renovations.

I purchased a second home that needed a new roof. I met with numerous contractors, and decided on Evergreen because they had the best price available. I couldn’t be happier with the decision I made, roof and gutters were replaced over a weekend. Kayed was professional and helpful; The crew was efficient in tearing down and replacing my roof and gutters. I would recommend them highly and will be using them for other projects
