Keith, the estimator, was professional without being pushy. He went up on our roof and took pictures and a video to show us the condition of the roof. He also went into the attic and was able to discover that we had moisture dripping off the roofing staples. He gave us a bid after showing us material/manufacturer options. The next day he called back to let us know he had made a mistake in the estimating process in our favor! Very honest. We scheduled the work for the very next day. They were able to remove 2 layers of roofing, put down new moisture barrier and architectural shingles, and clean up all in one day. This included installing a ridge vent as well. The crew was very efficient and worked well together. After the job was over we received a visit from both the estimator and the owner, (a nice surprise). I recommend Evergreen Renovations for anyone interested in fairly priced, quality renovations.

I am very pleased with the entire experience. The chap who did the bidding was thorough and knowledgeable. The price was in the middle — I got good value for my money. There were a couple of delays in getting started due to harsh weather, but once things got started, all went according to plan. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work crew — such hard working men, very conscientious, polite, and skilled. The site boss was on top of all aspects of the project, and the company was easy to deal with. I liked giving my money to this company — I could tell they are real people.

The whole crew, from the owners to the roofing crew are some of the best residential contractors that I have worked with. Not only was my roof done on time and on budget, but Carlos and his crew came up with an innovative solution to a flashing problem that will end a cycle of dry-rot replacement. I have referred several other customers to them and all have had a positive experience. I highly recommend Evergreen Renovations.

The guys in charge that we talked to (Brian and Jim) communicated well. The team who did the roof were friendly and professional and did a great job cleaning up. Initially, they did let some tiles fall and sit on plant beds, but there was no real damage done and the clean up was thorough at the end. They also thought the job would be simpler: because of where the tiles got dropped, our narrow lot, steep roof and weather posed some unanticipated challenges. However, they completed the work in a timely way without additional cost. They even patched an area under the roof line, where the chimney had been, for free! We hope to work with them on future porch, window, and siding renovations. The roof looks great.

They did great work on my roof and got it done in two days. Started a few days later than they had said, but when finished they cleaned up and looks great!
