We absolutely LOVED the team at Evergreen. Our bathroom remodel included moving walls, windows, plumbing, big creative challenges and they did so with ease, effective communication, ON BUDGET and ON TIME! This was literally a breeze and we are so pleased with the final result. Major thank you’s to all involved, your kindness and talents did not go unnoticed on us! We look forward to working with you again in the future.

After talking to several contractors, we were happy to hire Evergreen after our first meeting with Kayed. We knew we wanted to change the layout of our tiny, and only, bathroom which would require working with a designer. The Design/Build team helped us with every aspect of the project, including a plan for a shower in our backyard to use during the construction. Amy, the designer, was adept at translating our ideas into renderings, and guided us through all the decisions we needed to make about fixtures, tile, lighting, and cabinetry. Having a strong plan in place by the day of de-construction helped us feel confident about the big change we were making to our house. Every sub-contractor that stepped in was professional, polite, respectful and efficient. We chose a specialty tile for the vanity wall—Tim, the tile-setter did an amazing job. Emily, our design assistant was readily available to answer our questions and provide moral support through out the process. We finished a 3-month design and building process with a bathroom the exceeded our expectations. We started with a basic, blah bathroom with a toilet view from the hallway, and ended with a beautiful space that feels like a spa. We didn’t have a lot of space to work with, but we managed to add storage and a bigger bathtub.

I would recommend Evergreen without hesitation. Feeling much more confident that we know exactly where to go with our future projects.

We cannot say enough about the professionalism and gorgeous quality of work that Evergreen provided us. We underwent renovation of our entire second floor that lasted about 5 months, members of the team were not only respectful and concerned with our comfort, but became friendly faces we were always happy to cross paths with. We ended up adopting a newborn during this time period, which was a surprise, and Kayed, Amy, Victor, and Emily specifically were so kind and almost started to feel like family.

Kayed and Amy helped us work out our budget and what was important to us, and working on the design with Amy was way more fun than I imagined. Kayed made himself available consistently and provided the best and most empathetic customer service we have ever experienced. Victor was so respectful of our space that he moved our key hooks without us even asking, he made sure to make friends with our dogs and made sure the plastic partition was as convenient for us as possible; and that was just the first week of the project. His calm demeanor set the tone for the entire team. All along, but specifically towards the end of the project, Emily did such a wonderful job communicating with us and coordinating the finishing touches. Each of the expert subcontractors who partnered with Evergreen for our project were the best of the best, incredible quality. Special touches like a huge custom wooden table to go over the dog crates, and help making our garage more usable were surprises that the term, “above and beyond” can’t even begin to describe.

We are thankful everyday as we enjoy our gorgeous second floor, there are days we hardly even want to go downstairs. We emphatically recommend Evergreen for home renovations!

We hired Evergreen to renovate our attic and were impressed every step of the way. We added a full bathroom and made the two upstairs bedrooms much more livable with new electrical, HVAC, and insulation (plus new paint, carpet, and millwork). They reconfigured closets to make them more useful, added some built-in shelving and cabinets, and we gained tons of attic storage space. The entire Evergreen team was so kind and respectful of our space. Parts of the project involved them working in the basement and first floor, where we were living, and they made sure everything stayed as clean as possible throughout the duration of the project (about 4 months). Kayed, Amy, and Emily were available to answer any question big or small, at any time. The project really felt like a team effort where they listened to what we wanted and we trusted their advice. All the subcontractors were also efficient, kind, and very respectful of our home.

We also had Evergreen replace our roof at the same time, and it was really helpful to have Kayed and his team coordinate that work with the attic renovation. Both projects were on time and according to the estimated budget. We’ve been living in the space for a couple months now and couldn’t be happier! Thank you! We would definitely hire Evergreen again.

The entire Evergreen Renovations team deserves to be recognized for their customer service and incredible design skills! We enjoyed working with them so much and can’t wait to do more work with them in the future. Our kitchen was transformed into a beautiful and efficient space within the promised timeframe and within budget! Their good communication, friendliness, and smiling faces truly made a difference in the process especially during times we felt overwhelmed/stressed. We highly recommend their team to anyone who needs home renovation needs!!
