We had 5 different companies give us bids. Brian Bowder with Evergreen Renovations came prepared to show the window and it’s energy efficiency from the first meeting. We were very impressed with how down to earth and honest he was, along with how prepared he was to show us exactly what we would be getting. The other 4 companies weren’t nearly this prepared. Brian not only showed us the windows he represents and how efficient they were but quickly answered by email and phone all follow up questions we had. I’ve truly not seen this level of customer service in many years. Brian goes the extra mile to make sure you are fully informed on the selection and installation methods so you are comfortable with your decision. I was concerned about the curb appeal so he gave me some local drive-by addresses to see what the finished product looked like. We would be happy to add our address to that drive by list now. Brian, Mike, Jeremiah and Carl came in and removed and replaced 6 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in two days time which is amazing. They work well together and quickly get the job done. I love the end result! I am so happy with my new windows!I feel you can’t go wrong with this company since Brian is very cognizant of current codes and will present a product that definitely meets not only the code, but is built with pride. He believes in doing the job right. I would definitely use them again, just wish they did home additions!

We used Evergreen for the first time about a year ago to install hardwood flooring and both crown and baseboard molding throughout our home, as well as to retexture and paint all ceilings. They were communicative and professional, and completed all projects right on schedule. We were so happy with them that within a couple months elected to hire them to remodel our kitchen. We met with Kayed to discuss what our wishes were for the new kitchen, and how best to utilize the space. He had some great suggestions for how to maximize the functionality and was clearly committed to giving us a kitchen we would love. The remodel included removal of everything, including two walls and a soffit, and then a buildout with custom cabinetry, conversion to gas stove, a HUGE island, new backsplash, etc. We had couple of “creative moments”, stemming from our house having an uneven subfloor, and needing to tie in additional hardwood flooring to the recently installed hardwoods. These were issues that were clearly uncommon, but they figured out fantastic solutions and the end product feels intentional vs. like a fix. Throughout the process, everyone we met from both Brian and Kayed to each sub they used was fantastic (Victor especially seemed to be a regular fixture in our house and was fantastic at every turn). We are once again so happy with the end result, and (when we have the energy for another remodeling project) are already planning on using Evergreen to remodel our master bathroom!

Their bid was very competitive and complete. They came on time and worked long days to get the work done. They didn’t let bad weather stop them. Once the siding was removed there were some sheathing that needed to be replaced. There was a lot of time spent going back to the big box store for supplies that could have been avoided and some material that was first purchased that was not the right one for the job. By the time the additional work was done, the total for the job was 25% higher than first estimated. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled all of the debris away. Overall I am happy and would bring them back again. They really know how to do siding and decking.

Evergreen Renovations turned our worn out 90 yr old bungalow in to a beautiful 90 yr old home we are very proud of. We had the kitchen, and baths remodeled and all the walls and ceilings skimmed. With Evergreen’s guidance our home has kept it’s character, but it’s inside finishes look as beautiful as it did in 1924. Through the process they kept in constant communication with us. If a sub contractor was involved they met with them and walked the project with them. We highly recommend Evergreen Renovations.

I had an ADU built for my mom and the process, from beginning to end, was very positive. There were a few hiccups dealing with the city and permits but it was all handled quickly and professionally. The ADU is beautiful, exactly what my mom wanted. Couldn’t be more grateful for the guys at Evergreen Renovations and their hard work. It was a pleasure working with them.
