After owning his own construction company and dividing work with Evergreen Renovations for over 6 years, lan has recently joined the TEAM. Ian strives for the breath of fresh air that accompanies the completion of a challenging project. After swinging a hammer for over 25 years, lan has a broad combination of experience in both new construction and residential remodels & additions. lan’s use of his construction insite to explain the world of construction in Layman’s terms to all clients is definitely a plus.
