Kayad Sweiss, manager of this project, worked with us to put the plan together. Sounds simple but I had been stuck on this step for several years. Once decisions were made, Evergreen gave us a bid, and they stood by it, even though they did a number of extras for us along the way. We did ask them to do a couple small things for us outside the original plan. They accommodated us and charged very reasonable amounts for this additional work. Kayad Sweiss scheduled the project and managed it carefully. Once the new cabinets were built and ready for install, everything else went together like clock-work. The sub-contractors came in when scheduled, did their work in a professional manner, and cleaned up after themselves, without exception. there were no delays because of no-shows or mis-scheduling. Every concern I had during the process was addressed promptly by either Kayad Sweiss or Brian Bowder, who also worked on the project. I was very impressed with this whole process. We absolutely love the results. We have no hesitation in recommending these people. The cost of this project was $29,000, plus some items we provided ourselves. Money well spent.
