Renovating your entire home is a major undertaking involving a large team of professionals.
Architects and engineers help scope the project and determine the timeline and budget needed. Project managers and general contractors bring the team together and facilitate demolition and build-out. Trade specialists such as electricians, painters, drywallers, plumbers and more all contribute their expertise to the job. Then there’s permitting, materials selection and sourcing, and the ever-present possibility of finding a budget-busting surprise once the walls are opened up.
Though the process can be stressful at times, the end result can feel like walking into a brand new home. When selecting your team, be sure you can trust that the general contractor/project manager understands your goals and has your best interest in mind. Evergreen is one of Portland’s top-reviewed design-build companies.
We plan and coordinate the entire process and team, from design concept to completion, reducing uncertainty and proactively managing every detail.
