Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) & Additions

Portland ADU Design & Build Team

ADUs (accessory dwelling units) are gaining popularity in and around Portland. They can be the perfect solution for in-laws or a way to supplement earnings with rental income. Whether it’s an apartment on top of your garage, a small house behind your main home, or a basement apartment, it should look great and work well for both you and your tenants or guests.

When you need more space for you or for tenants, Evergreen Renovations and Roofing will help extend your living area to fit your needs. Our finely honed, service-oriented process takes you from initial conversations to completed project with ease. Our team provides design, plans, permits, project management and construction services all under one roof.

Typical ADU & Addition Project Considerations

ADU projects are highly complex, no matter if you’re renovating an existing space or starting from the ground (or attic) up.
